Verdict Aerospace acquired by Magellan Aerospace UK.
Effective 13th February 2008, Magellan Aerospace UK acquired Verdict Aerospace Components Ltd.
Magellan Aerospace UK is a division of the Magellan Aerospace Corporation headquartered in Toronto Canada with over 3,500 employees and manufacturing sites throughout the UK, North America and Canada.
Verdict Aerospace will continue to operate independently as Verdict Aerospace Components Ltd at its base in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire. Jason Addis, General Manager of Verdict Aerospace, commented on the sale "I am very excited about the acquistion of Verdict Aerospace by Magellan Aerospace UK.
