Verdict Aerospace is a tier 1 supplier to Airbus UK for complex stage 1 machinings and assemblies manufactured from aluminium alloys and hard metals. Components includes spar ribs, access door panels, flap track diaphragms, angle top joints and butt straps for the Airbus single aisle A320, long range A340 and A380 families.

Verdict also provides full project management of new build programs through to first article release. Using Catia V5 CAD/CAM, we produce 3, 4 & 5 axis components up to 20,000 rpm for Airbus UK. Verdict also carries out full etch inspection, shot peening, floor detect, anodising and painting for all Airbus components.

Assembly procedures include pressure test, bush honing, riveting, sealing and torque/load test for Airbus sub assembled components.

As an Airbus collaborative supplier, Verdict Aerospace build schedules are downloaded directly from the Airbus Supplier Portal in Toulouse into Verdict’s ERP system generating immediate weekly MRP demand and schedule planning. E-invoicing completes the paperless logistics cycle with Airbus UK.
